Business owners are the happiest workers in America according to the Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index .
As a business owner myself, I agree with that statement. And according to the recent Bloomberg Business Week article The Disposable Worker, “The idea that any job is permanent has been well proven not to be true.” With job security a thing of the past, more individuals have chosen to start a business and/or buy a franchise. The benefits of franchise ownership are many, including brand recognition, protected territories, comprehensive upfront training, proven business systems and access to ongoing support from the franchise company.
Don’t wake up one more day heading out to a job you dread or simply frustrated by a never-ending job search. Instead, wouldn’t you rather wake up energized as the owner of a local franchise that YOU control?
